Restoration of pelvic neuro-biomechanics with this adjustment also frequently facilitated optimal fetal positioning in pregnant women.  The International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) offers recognized Certificate of Proficiency in the Webster protocol only to doctors who have attended the ICPA classes of instruction and have demonstrated proficiency in the technique.
